Flores - Kelimutu In All Its Glory

Sunrise at Kelimutu just outside of Moni. The night before we had a traditional Moni feast complete with the killing of a chicken....nothing like fresh poultry. Kelimutu is based at the summit of a volcano. It is made up of three lakes, which change colors over time as the minerals in bottom dissolve.
